Emerson graduated Boston College with a Bachelor of Art in Economics and a minor in Chemistry. While at Boston College, Emerson coached high school JV volleyball at her high school alma mater, the Boston Latin School. She also was head of recruitment and a starting lock for the BC Women’s Rugby Football Club. Her studies in economics prompted her to travel to El Salvador to learn about the effectiveness of Microfinance Institutions in Central American countries.

Born and raised in Boston, Emerson spends her free time playing volleyball and trying out new restaurants in her favorite and native city.

Emerson successfully obtained the Series 65 and is a duly Registered Investment Advisor.
