His work includes M&A advisory, capital formation and structuring with focus on financial services, real estate and alternative energy projects.

Marcin Burda

HISTORY

Marcin brings over 20 years of experience from several global investment banks, most recently from Barclays Bank where he was a senior director in the Global Finance and Risk Solutions Group providing advice to European corporates and financial institutions in areas such as debt capital markets and market risk management. Prior to that, he held various roles in EM sales and structuring groups at Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and Citigroup.
Marcin has also extensive experience in distressed debt and NPLs having advised institutional and private clients on investments in Poland, the Balkans and in Greece.

EDUCATION

Marcin graduated with MSc in Economics from the University of Economics in Poznan (1996) and obtained MBA from the Chicago Booth School (2012).

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Marcin enjoys cooking for friends and family and in his free time he can be seen riding waves in the summer and the Alps’ snow in the winter.
