Matthew is a Director on the Real Estate team, responsible for supporting TwinFocus’s real estate advisory efforts and guiding the wider investment team by providing commercial real estate financial analysis, valuation analysis, and asset management oversight to optimize family office client balance sheets.

Matthew O'Donnell
Matthew is a Director on the Real Estate team, responsible for supporting TwinFocus’s real estate advisory efforts and guiding the wider investment team by providing commercial real estate financial analysis, valuation analysis, and asset management oversight to optimize family office client balance sheets.
HISTORY
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Matt spent the previous ten years working Acquisitions and Asset Management for two Massachusetts-based family real estate investment offices. He has extensive knowledge of the multifamily, hospitality, industrial and retail sectors, and has experience in all stages of real estate investment including entitlement, development, financing, stabilized acquisitions, and dispositions.
EDUCATION
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Providence College in 2013.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Matt was born and raised in Westwood, MA, and currently resides in Quincy with his wife and goldendoodle. In his spare time, he can usually be found on the golf course, in a hockey rink, or on the slopes.
