David Wolfe, CFA

David is a Senior Real Estate Associate, responsible for supporting TwinFocus’ real estate advisory efforts and guiding the wider investment team by providing commercial real estate financial analysis, valuation analysis, and asset management oversight to optimize family office client balance sheets.

HISTORY

Prior to joining TwinFocus, David worked for the principal of a boutique multifamily owner / operator as an investment and acquisitions associate, focusing on building out their multifamily and hospitality portfolios.

EDUCATION

David graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a finance concentration. While at UMass, he was active in their real estate and finance societies. David is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

David grew up in Newton, MA and currently resides in South Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and rooting for Boston teams, travelling, and finding new restaurants to try.
