Debora provides direct accounting support to TwinFocus’ family office clients by managing their day-to-day bookkeeping and lifestyle management needs. She is responsible for the entire accounts payable lifecycle, preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash levels. In addition, she prepares monthly budget-to-actual analyses, financial statements and other ad-hoc reports utilized to ensure the financial records of TwinFocus’ clients are accurately maintained. When not managing the day-to-day accounting needs of TwinFocus’ clients, Debora contributes to the daily accounting tasks of the firm’s overall management companies with a focus on the accounts payable, employee benefits, employee expense reports and various monthly account reconciliations.

Before joining TwinFocus, Debora worked as a full-charge bookkeeper and prepared tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses in various industries. She was also responsible for financial audits, payroll preparation and certain business consulting services. In addition to her client work, she managed her firm’s accounting and financial systems, developing internal control procedures and improving firm-wide accounting processes. In her capacity as a consultant, she prepared financial statements and management reports, implemented accounting controls and initiated statistical cost analysis projects. Debora earned a B.S. in business administration from the University Centre of Espírito Santo (UNESC) in Serra, Brazil.
