Debora Ribeiro
Debora provides direct accounting support to TwinFocus’ family office clients by managing their day-to-day bookkeeping and lifestyle management needs. She is responsible for the entire accounts payable lifecycle, preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash levels. In addition, she prepares monthly budget-to-actual analyses, financial statements and other ad hoc reports utilized to ensure the financial records of TwinFocus’ clients are accurately maintained. When not managing the day-to-day accounting needs of TwinFocus’ clients, Debora contributes to the daily accounting tasks of the firm’s overall management companies with a focus on the accounts payable, employee benefits, employee expense reports and various monthly account reconciliations.

HISTORY
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Debora worked as a full charge bookkeeper in addition to preparing tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses in various industries. Debora also was responsible for financial audits, payroll preparation and certain business consulting services. In addition to her client work she managed her firm’s accounting and financial systems, developed internal control procedures, and improved firm-wide accounting processes. In her capacity as a consultant, she prepared financial statements, management reports, implemented accounting controls and initiated statistical cost analysis projects.
EDUCATION
Debora earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University Centre of Espírito Santo (UNESC), Serra, Brazil.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Debora was born and raised in Brazil, is fluent in both English and Portuguese, and currently resides on Boston’s North Shore. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and visiting new places with her family.
