Jonathan Perry
Jon is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Business Operations with responsibility for developing strategies that integrate the discipline of finance, tax, treasury management, capital planning, and administration for the Firm. He is also responsible for all aspects of human resources, including resource planning, recruiting, hiring, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and work environment. Jonathan has almost two decades of experience in the finance industry with a concentration in the investment management field.

Jonathan Perry
Jon is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Business Operations with responsibility for developing strategies that integrate the discipline of finance, tax, treasury management, capital planning, and administration for the Firm. He is also responsible for all aspects of human resources, including resource planning, recruiting, hiring, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and work environment. Jonathan has almost two decades of experience in the finance industry with a concentration in the investment management field.
HISTORY
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Jon spent 13 years as the CFO and Director of HR for a Boston-based SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm that was a wealth manager and also managed multiple alternative assets including opportunistic private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds.
Prior to that, Jon worked at a large Boston-based accounting firm in the assurance and business advisory services unit. His responsibilities included managing client relationships and audits within the registered investment advisory, retail, manufacturing, government, and construction industries.
After concluding his undergraduate studies, Jon worked for a local forensic accounting firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While there, he was responsible for auditing small to large organizations, preparing corporate tax returns, and participated in several fraud and bankruptcy investigations.
EDUCATION
Jon received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Jon resides in Waltham with his wife, Caitlin and their two sons. He is an experienced DIY’er that enjoys woodworking, skiing, camping, hiking and spending summer weekends with family on the beaches in his home state of Rhode Island.
