Matt Perra

Matt is a Senior Director, leading the TwinFocus Technology Team focused on developing the strategic direction of the MIS program, monitoring, managing, enhancing, and solving challenges across the technology stack while also helping to develop, deploy, and implement new solutions.

Matt brings nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry and utilizes a measured approach to addressing technology issues while still not being afraid to take risks and search for new solutions.

Matt Perra

HISTORY

Prior to joining TwinFocus, Matt worked at DraftKings, an online sports betting company, where he managed all aspects of end user support for North America covering 4000+ users over multiple physical sites as well as remote users.

Prior to that, Matt worked at Olympus, a medical device company, where he created the vision and strategy of the end user support framework to drive efficiencies and improve the overall user experience.

EDUCATION

Matt is a graduate of Stonehill College and holds a B.S in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Systems.

Over the past 15+ years, Matt has gained extensive experience with various technology platforms and tools. His experience ranges from Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Azure active directory, Mimecast secure email, to MS Teams as well as many other technology platforms.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Matt lives in the small-town of Dighton, MA with his wife Kerri and their son and daughter. He enjoys spending time travelling with friends and family. He also enjoys working in his yard, cooking, and the occasional round of golf.
