Family Office Management Team
Brett is a valued member of our Family Office Management Team where he implements and manages comprehensive, goal-based multigenerational wealth planning strategies, integrating income tax planning, estate planning, cash flow analysis, charitable planning and risk management for a select group of the firm’s family office clients.
Brett works closely with the firms’ partners to provide bespoke experiences for TwinFocus clients. His efforts involve a highly interactive, collaborative approach with client families and their advisors.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Brett spent 12 years in private banking and investment management roles at Citi. Most recently he served as a Senior Vice President, Private Banker on the Ultra High Net Worth team based in Washington, DC where he delivered strategic and personalized wealth management solutions to a diverse group of institutional and private clients. Prior to that, he held positions in Citi’s Wealth Management Brokerage and Alternative Investments units based in New York.
Brett graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a B.A. degree in economics and international relations. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society. Brett holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

If you were not working at TwinFocus and you knew you couldn’t fail at whatever you did, what would you do?
I would like to get my pilot’s license. I’ve always been fascinated by aviation and the physics of flight.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, practicing the guitar, and travelling to foreign countries.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I am passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, aiming to be the trusted advisor across all facets of their financial journey. Interacting with some of the world’s most sophisticated and successful individuals, I find joy in continually learning from our clients as well.
What unique personal skills make you great at your role at TwinFocus?
My ability to adapt swiftly and creatively solve problems enables me to operate effectively, particularly given our clients’ unique needs and the dynamic market environment. I am also detail-oriented and for me, no task is too small or insignificant.
