Fynn is responsible for designing and implementing AI powered tools and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency across the TwinFocus enterprise. He works closely with the firm’s investment advisory, family office management, operations, finance, and executive teams to identify manual processes and develop practical technology solutions that improve data accessibility, streamline workflows, and enhance how team members interact with the firm’s systems and institutional knowledge. His work includes developing integrations and automation across the firm’s technology platforms while ensuring solutions maintain appropriate security, governance, and human oversight.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Fynn founded Accelno, a financial technology company focused on developing automation, analytics, and AI solutions for multi-family offices. In this role, he worked directly with family offices to identify operational challenges and design and deploy technology solutions, including AI applications utilizing the frontier models, automated financial modeling and reporting workflows, and portfolio analytics tools. His previous experience also includes roles with HP Tech Ventures, Crest City Capital, and Superpedestrian, where he gained experience in data analytics, financial modeling, operational improvement, and technology driven process automation.
Fynn graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Computer Information Systems.

If you were not working at TwinFocus and you knew you couldn’t fail at whatever you did, what would you do?
If I could not fail, I would be a DJ.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy surfing, skiing, sailing, rowing crew and playing chess. I am also an avid language learner, I speak English and German, and I am currently working on French and Mandarin.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy finding the parts of a process that slow people down, and build tools to remove the inefficiencies. A report that used to take an afternoon takes minutes, and the team gets that time back.
What unique personal skills make you great at your role at TwinFocus?
I pay attention to how people work before I build anything and studying both finance and information systems lets me sit on both sides of that conversation.
