Lindsey Mapes serves as an Administrative Assistant at TwinFocus, welcoming and assisting clients and guests and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors. Lindsey also supports internal staff, including the executive management team, helping coordinate schedules, maintain organization, and ensure the firm’s daily operational needs are met efficiently and professionally. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her an integral part of the TwinFocus team.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Lindsey held leadership and administrative roles with a large retail company, where she oversaw team scheduling, onboarding, inventory management, and front-of-store operations. She also brings experience from publishing and media organizations, where she supported cross-functional teams, managed documentation, and coordinated communications and content schedules.
Lindsey graduated cum laude from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Arts in English, concentrating in Literature and Language.
I love the written word; my ultimate dream is to join the greats and publish a literary fiction novel. I am particularly drawn to stories of the human experience that explore both the banalities and distinctions of everyday life.
I enjoy picking up new creative hobbies, my current project being a crocheted blanket. I also enjoy visiting with family and friends as often as I can and hope to continue exploring all that Boston has to offer.
Job satisfaction to me is being able to help wherever I can, getting things done quickly and effectively, and anticipating needs before they are needed.
Being the forward-facing person at TwinFocus, I hope to provide a bright spot in everyone’s day while also being able to maintain the behind-the-scenes order and functions of the office.
