Nicole is a valued member of the Family Office Management Team where she is responsible for serving the needs of multigenerational families by providing operational guidance and administrative support. Nicole employes a highly interactive, collaborative approach with client families and their outside advisors, as well as across the firm’s internal business units.
Nicole began her career as a corporate accountant and then quickly transitioned into the financial services industry focusing on cash management while at Fiduciary Trust Company. Most recently, Nicole served as an Associate at Reynders McVeigh Capital Management in Boston working closely with clients to ensure that their investment accounts were being properly serviced. Over her career, she has mastered many skills including exceptional client service, client onboarding, and project management.
Nicole graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Additionally, while at Suffolk, Nicole minored in big data and business analytics.
If I knew I were not working at TwinFocus and couldn’t fail at what I did, I’d focus on creating something that could positively impact the world on a larger scale.
I enjoy activities that foster connections, learning and positive change. I’m drawn to organizing and participating in activities that provide immediate support to people in need, like preparing and serving meals, distributing essential supplies and art therapy workshops. I also enjoy traveling and learning more about different cultures.
I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with clients and having an opportunity to connect with them on a personal level, understand their unique financial goals, and tailor solutions to meet their needs. As a problem solver, I enjoy anticipating clients’ needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
My ability to connect with people allows me to build strong connections with colleagues and clients. I thrive in diverse environments, which allows me to handle unexpected change and challenges with flexibility while remaining calm and efficient.
