Family Office Management Team
Samentha (“Sam”) Fanfan is a member of the Family Office Management Team, where she supports the operational and investment-related needs of the firm’s family office clients. In her role, Sam facilitates capital activity, manages cash movements and account transactions, and coordinates closely with custodians, portfolio managers, and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely execution. She is dedicated to delivering responsive, detail-oriented client experience and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Sam worked in investment operations and wealth management roles in New York City, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients. She was responsible for processing complex transactions, assisting with portfolio reporting, preparing client materials, and addressing a wide range of client service needs. Her experience spans both operational execution and direct support of advisory teams, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client service within a family office environment.
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. She holds the SIE and Series 7 licenses and brings strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to her work with TwinFocus families.

If you were not working at TwinFocus and you knew you couldn’t fail at whatever you did, what would you do?
I would spend time teaching math in different countries to experience different cultures and broaden my global perspective.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy building personal relationships with clients and learning something new every day. I find it rewarding when clients know me by name and view me as a trusted and reliable source to help get things done.
What unique personal skills make you great at your role at TwinFocus?
I enjoy developing strong relationships with the clients that I work with, and over time I have built strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills. In this business being able to adapt quickly and wear many hats is key to managing the changing needs and priorities of clients effectively.
