Family Office Management Team
William (Will) works directly with family office clients as part of the family office management team. Through close collaboration with colleagues across departments, Will is developing a comprehensive understanding of TwinFocus’s integrated approach to delivering exceptional client service and customized family office solutions.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Will worked in asset management and financial operations within the commercial real estate industry, supporting portfolio reporting, property operations, and acquisition analysis across a growing industrial real estate platform. He collaborated closely with both property management and acquisitions teams to analyze portfolio performance, assist with underwriting, and develop reporting processes for internal stakeholders and external investors. Will also played a key role in implementing data-driven and AI-enhanced workflows to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and tenant analysis.
Will graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Business. He brings strong analytical and technical skills, advanced financial modeling experience, and a relationship-focused approach to supporting clients and advisory teams.”

If you were not working at TwinFocus and you knew you couldn’t fail at whatever you did, what would you do?
Knowing I couldn’t fail, I would split my time between playing on the PGA Tour and being an underwater photographer for National Geographic.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, scuba diving, surfing, spearfishing, and skiing during the winter. I enjoy anything that gets me outdoors and allows me to stay active.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the cross-functional collaboration that takes place every day. I enjoy working with different teams, learning from others’ perspectives, and being part of a collaborative environment.

One of my greatest strengths is my genuine desire to connect with and learn from every person I work with. I enjoy building strong relationships, asking questions, and continuously learning from the people around me.
